Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform First Article Inspections, coordinate FAIRs, and conduct dimensional verification using CMMs and hand tools. The role supports program managers and production teams to ensure quality from start to finish.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, familiarity with AS9100C/AS9102 standards, blueprint reading, and proficiency with measuring tools. This position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous manufacturing and/or aerospace experience preferred.
• Knowledge of AS9100C and AS9102 standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage FIRST ARTICLE INSPECTION REPORTS (FAIR).
• Coordinate with departments to initiate the FAIR.
• Perform dimensional inspection of parts and tools using CMMs, calipers, and micrometers.
• Identify and record quality problems; implement solutions and verify corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow PPE requirements.
• Monitor hazardous waste and report safety concerns; participate in safety training.
• Cross-train to work in multiple positions across buildings.
• Support program managers and production with quality issue resolution.
