Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and measurement concepts.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Experience with calipers, gages, CMM, micrometers.
• Familiarity with AS9100C and AS9102 standards.
• Strong English communication and reading vision.

Responsibilities

• Manage First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR).
• Communicate with departments to initiate the FAIR.
• Ensure the FAIR is prepared in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform the dimensional inspection using measuring devices.
• Prepare and complete daily work.
• Monitor and improve product quality; initiate corrective actions.
• Work with chemicals such as alcohol and acrylics.
• Test products and complete documentation.
• Communicate with supervisors; propose procedural changes; maintain a safe work environment.
• Handle hazardous wastes per EHS; report accidents and safety concerns; wear PPE.
