Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform first article inspections and ongoing quality checks on PCB components.

You will utilize CMMs, calipers, and gages to verify dimensions, document FAIRs, and communicate findings to manufacturing teams. The role requires strict adherence to safety and quality standards, with a focus on preventing nonconformities and supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• General math skills with ability to understand measurement concepts.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Attention to quality and process adherence.

Responsibilities

• Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and FAIRs documentation.
• Operates CMM and handheld measuring tools to verify part dimensions.
• Communicate QA findings with production and engineering teams.
• Ensure nonconforming parts are identified and dispositioned.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and follow PPE requirements.
• Prepare quality reports and support process improvements.
