Job summary

Oerlikon in Oklahoma City is seeking an Inspector 1 for part-time on-call on the 2nd shift (Fri & Sat). You will enter customer order information, inspect and rack products, and ensure quality before shipping.

The role requires a high school diploma, English proficiency, and basic MS Office; prior machine operator experience is preferred. You will work in a fast-paced environment and may cross-train across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• English reading/writing/speaking proficiency required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect customer products for processing.
• Inspect the finished product.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Learn new skills and cross-train into various departments.
• Visual inspection of tools for proper coating.
• Post quantities shipped into the computer system.
• Pack customer parts for shipping.
• Use XRF equipment to document coating thickness.
• Use various shipping software.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow safety regulations.
• Conform to health, environmental, and safety standards.
• Perform pre and post treatment operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Management.
