Job summary

Setterstix Inc. in Fountain Inn, South Carolina, is seeking an Inspector Packer to support quality and efficiency on the packing line. The role includes printing sticks per customer specifications and packing cartons correctly to prevent shifting during sealing.

The position requires a High School Diploma, plus preferred certifications from local tech/ career centers. Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Certification or credential from local career & technology center and/or local technical college is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Print sticks according to customer requirements and SOP.
• Pack and inspect cartons to ensure correct orientation and no content shift.
• Sort, grade, weigh, and inspect products to meet specifications.
• Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity to standards.
• Inspect and remove defective products and packaging material.
• Secure finished packaged items by hand tying, sewing, gluing, or attaching fasteners.
• Comply with all Company Safety requirements including Good Manufacturing Practices & HACCP.
