Setterstix Inc. in Fountain Inn, SC is hiring an Inspector Packer to support our packaging line. You will sort, weigh, inspect, and pack cartons, ensuring weight and alignment meet specifications and that cartons are sealed square.

You will monitor machine operations, remove defective items, and secure finished goods by tying, gluing, or stapling. The role requires physical stamina, detail orientation, and the ability to work overtime in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Certification or credential in related fields preferred.
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
• Willing to work in a fast paced, team environment.
• Willing to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to learn new skills on the job.

Responsibilities

• Pack and inspect cartons according to company procedures.
• Sort, grade, weigh, and inspect products to meet specs.
• Observe machine operations for quality and conformity.
• Inspect and remove defective products and packaging.
• Secure finished items by hand tying, sewing, gluing, or stapling.
• Comply with safety systems and food safety guidelines.
