Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a production associate to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. You will work ensuring safety, understanding the product line, performing verifications, and recording data to maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities include visual inspections, scrap documentation, and assisting with machine startups. The role requires strong organizational skills, adherence to safety policies, and basic literacy for data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills (written & oral).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and to follow both written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Understand product line, function, and potential defects.
• Perform production verifications at start of order and each shift.
• Conduct visual inspections and document findings in data acquisition software.
• Record scrap accurately and ensure proper containment.
• Assist with machine startups, shutdowns and line clearances.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and participate in Lean and Safety programs.
• Support training of fellow associates and adhere to Food Safety and cGMP policies.
