Greenwood Fabricating & Plating, LLC is seeking a Quality/Packaging worker to support the Kitting Cell. You will hand pack and inspect parts, following detailed customer instructions to ensure safe, accurate shipping. Reports to the Quality Manager and may assist in broader quality objectives.

Responsibilities include performing QC checks, labeling, crate preparation, palletizing, and adhering to safety guidelines. Strong teamwork and precise execution are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of related quality experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read detailed instructions and execute accurately.
• Ability to use measuring instruments, gauges and test equipment proficiently, preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds frequently.
• Standing, stooping and bending required 100% of the time.
• Work environment may be non climate controlled.

Responsabilités

• Perform quality control checks on parts and packaging accuracy.
• Prepare crates/boxes, apply labels, and follow customer placement instructions.
• Stack and palletize crates per directions; maintain safety guidelines.
• Assist quality department with other duties or special projects.
• Inspect parts for damage and ensure documentation is complete.
• Maintain remake list and sign applicable inspection documents.
