Arcosa Wind Towers is looking for a Quality Inspector for night shift to join our team. This position involves performing basic quality control testing and inspection of standard parts, units, equipment, or materials to ensure conformance with standards and requirements.

What You'll Do

• Inspect incoming materials, outgoing materials, or fittings and welds throughout the manufacturing process.
• Perform nondestructive examination to verify dimensions, strengths, and other quality factors using measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
• Utilize inspection tools and measuring equipment proficiently.
• Inspect finished products and follow all safety rules and practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications - What You'll Need

• Prefer certification in 2 NDE inspection methods or ability to become certified.
• Prefer qualified as Weld Inspection Specialist or the ability to become qualified within 90 days.
• Prefer a minimum of 2 years welding experience.
• Prefer 1 year experience with ISO standards.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to work as a team, demonstrate high ethical standards, treat all coworkers with dignity and respect, and support a positive working culture.

Working Conditions

• Hourly full-time position M-F 4:30PM-3:30AM; overtime often required (schedule subject to change).
• Work environment includes plant, warehouse, production, and non-production areas, operating multiple shifts and weekends.
• Work/maintenance coverage beyond normal hours, including weekends/holidays, may be required.
• Must be flexible with shift hours and willing to work either 1st or 2nd shift.
• Tolerance for high and low temperatures, loud noises typical of a manufacturing plant.
