Can Corporation of America is a leader in the manufacturing of steel cans used in the agriculture industry. We have an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Night Shift Quality Control Specialist. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in demonstrating attention to detail, teamwork, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections, checks, and tests on various components and finished products based on SOPs.
• Conduct and document process and system audits using written procedures and audit standards.
• Accurately document inspection and testing results daily.
• Maintain controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to provide feedback to ensure quality standards are met.
• Evaluate problems and recommend possible corrective actions.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Excel and Word.
• Be detail-oriented, methodical, and well-organized.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualification Requirements:

• High School Diploma required
• 1–3 years of prior Quality Assurance experience
• Mechanical aptitude needed
