Qualifications

• Prior experience in metal stamping or related manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of PPAP, dimensional verification, and quality core tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA).
• Familiarity with ISO/IATF 16949 standards is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct dimensional layouts and inspections of stamped components.
• Manage and support PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation and submissions.
• Assist with inventory control and stock audits.
• Participate in training initiatives for new hires and team members.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
