Job summary

Lake Air Products seeks a Quality Inspector for the 1st and 2nd shifts at our Roseville, MN location. You will inspect components and assemblies for defects, perform 1st piece inspections, and ensure conformance to customer specs using height gauges and GD&T.

You will support quality processes and collaborate with production teams to meet delivery goals. Requirements include 3 years of quality inspection experience, and an AA degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3 Years of Quality Inspection experience.
• AA Degree or equivalent training is preferred.
• Preferred certificates, License or Registration in ASQ Certification, ISO 9001 Certification, Project Management, and Lean/Six Sigma

Responsibilities

• Perform all 1st piece inspections as required
• Support and follow all Quality processes
• Comply with ISO & quality system requirements
• Perform all In-Coming and in-process inspections as directed
• Assist production & less experienced inspectors with IP inspections
• Track defect data and participate in corrective actions
