Job summary

You will document defects, support containment and corrective actions, and work with Production, Engineering, and Supplier Quality teams to maintain safe, on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and inspection standards.
• Comfortable using basic measuring tools and documenting results.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of tractors and components.
• Identify, document, and report defects using quality systems.
• Inspect mechanical and hydraulic systems for proper installation and functionality.
• Conduct pre-delivery and final quality inspections before shipment.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supplier Quality to resolve issues.
• Support containment activities and verify corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records and clearly communicate findings.
• Ensure inspections are completed safely and on schedule.
• Participate in continuous improvement to enhance quality and processes.
