Mahindra Automotive North America is seeking a dependable Production Associate to support manufacturing and assembly operations in Pontiac, MI. This role involves assembling components, operating production equipment, and performing quality inspections to ensure safety and efficiency in production.

You will work with supervisors and quality personnel to meet daily targets, maintain 5S standards, and participate in continuous improvement efforts. Schedule is M-F 6a-2:30p with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing/production experience, preferably automotive.
• Experience reading work instructions and manufacturing docs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent attendance, reliability, and work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Assemble vehicle components and subassemblies per work instructions and specs.
• Operate production equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely.
• Perform quality inspections and identify defects.
• Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns to supervision.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety.
