Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience inspecting and testing in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and procedures.
• Experience drafting reports and collecting data.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Proficiency with measuring equipment and inspection tools.
• Familiarity with ERP/database software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional testing & inspections.
• Interpret and follow established quality procedures and documentation.
• Inspect and test materials and equipment to ensure specifications.
• Approve or reject finished products and discuss results with production.
• Recommend process adjustments to improve quality and consistency.
• Document inspection results in a database.
• Train and coach inspectors and operators in methods and procedures.
• Support 5S standards across the plant and conduct audits.
• Identify and report potential safety hazards in the facility.
