Atlas Tool Works, Inc. is seeking a qualified Quality Technician to join our fast-paced manufacturing team in Lyons, IL. You will work with blueprints and GD&T, assist with CMM programming, and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards on a high-variety, low-volume line.

Applicants should have experience with Zeiss Calypso or Renishaw Modus, FARO arms, manual gaging, and ERP systems. We offer competitive pay and benefits in a family-owned environment.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of Blueprints and GD&T.
• CMM programming experience (Zeiss Calypso, Renishaw Modus preferred).
• FARO arm experience.
• Manual gage knowledge including calipers, micrometers, profilometers, thread gages, drop gages.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.

Position Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Blueprints and GD&T
• CMM Programming Experience (Zeiss CMM with Calypso, Renishaw with Modus experience preferred)
• FARO arm experience
• Manual Gage knowledge and skill; including calipers, micrometers, profilometers, thread gages, drop gages
• Knowledge of ERP systems

Math And Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook Experience Preferred)

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Dexterity, physical strength and stamina
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
