Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 standards and Lean principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming, in-process, and final components and products for conformance to specifications.
• Perform visual, mechanical, and selected electrical measurements.
• Support quality engineers and cross-functional teams in corrective actions and process improvements.
• Prepare First Article Inspection reports per AS9102 and customer requirements.
• Participate in problem solving and internal audits.
• Assist with source inspection requests and participation in source inspection visits.
