We are seeking Quality Inspectors to support dimensional, visual, and functional inspections of aluminum die cast components. Roles range from entry-level (Inspector I) to advanced inspection responsibilities (Inspector II). Inspectors ensure products meet customer, company, and industry quality standards while supporting continuous improvement across production.
Note: Advanced or more experienced inspectors are encouraged to apply.
Perform visual and dimensional inspections on die cast parts
Identify defects such as porosity, cracks, flash, blisters, and surface imperfections
Verify product conformance to drawings, specifications, and control plans
Complete inspection documentation, reports, and records accurately
Support first article, in‑process, and final inspections
Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and go/no‑go gauges
(Inspector II) Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
(Inspector II) Utilize advanced inspection tools including bore gauges, optical comparators, and CMM
(Inspector II) Investigate nonconforming material and assist with root cause and corrective actions
(Inspector II) Support audits and mentor junior inspectors
High school diploma or GED
0–2 years of manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred
Ability to read basic blueprints and follow work instructions
Familiarity with basic measuring tools
Strong attention to detail
High school diploma or GED; technical degree preferred
3–5 years of quality inspection experience
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
Ability to use advanced inspection equipment
Understanding of SPC, quality tools, and ISO/IATF requirements
Experience identifying casting defects
Ability to work independently after training
Experience with CMM or advanced metrology tools (Inspector II)
