Job summary

Saab, Inc. seeks a Quality Inspector – In Process to monitor product quality during manufacturing. You will perform in-process inspections and document issues to minimize production impact, using calipers, micrometers, height gages, and ERP data entry.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years of relevant experience, plus strong attention to detail, communication, and time management. Automotive/aerospace exposure is a plus; US citizenship or eligibility is implied by plant policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quality inspection experience.
• Comfortable using computers and learning software programs.
• Familiarity with measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Experience in automotive, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing is a plus.

Compensation

Starting hourly rate of $27.00, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Comfortable using computers and learning software programs
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous experience with product inspection
• Familiarity with measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Experience in automotive, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing is a plus
