Job summary

Nesco Resource is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to perform mechanical, electrical and visual inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods used in production. The role requires collaboration with multiple departments to prioritize and document inspections, ensuring adherence to written procedures.

The candidate should have 5+ years in inspection, a high school diploma or GED, and strong English reading/writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC inspections of incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with departments to prioritize inspections and record reviews.
• Resolve quality problems within the inspection department.
• Review process travelers for accuracy and perform release reviews.
• File quality records and nonconforming material reports.
• Maintain the inspection area in a neat and orderly state.
• Assist with first article inspections and nonconformance investigations.
• Support engineering and QA in validation and testing.
