Job summary

ORIZON is seeking Quality Inspectors to uphold stringent quality control across production. You will read drawings, perform inspections with lab-grade equipment, and document results in the ERP system.

You will support RMA/MRR processes, participate in RCCA, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a clean, safe work area and adherence to ORIZON policies. Level 2 responsibilities include generating FAI reports, data capture for presentations, and training Level 1 inspectors on

Qualifications

• Must have basic inspection experience with regards to receiving inspection and assembled parts.
• Must be able to read, write, and comprehend American English.
• Must be able to read, interpret, and understand customer drawings and sketches.
• Must demonstrate the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to use precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection using laboratory grade equipment (CMMs, Scanners, Optical Comparators, Surf analyzers).
• Record inspection activities in ERP system and ensure documentation is current.
• Read engineering drawings and specifications; ensure assemblies meet quality standards.
• Assist in RMA/MRR processes and participate in RCCA activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and support audits.
