You will document inspection results, read blueprints, and support corrective actions, with a medium to heavy physical demand and non-exempt status. This role offers benefits and a quarterly bonus plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in a quality position.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100 management systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings.

Responsibilities

• Inspect in-process and finished product as required by established procedures.
• Accurately document the results of visual and physical inspection and testing.
• Perform careful inspections and enforcements of Quality Standards.
• Maintain all controlled document files of the inspections and testing results.
• Document and report product or service quality levels.
• Communicate with the Production and Quality Team Members to solve problems.
• Evaluate problems and make recommendations for possible corrective actions.
• Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation.
• Follow up with appropriate Team Members/Management when mistakes are discovered.
