P&F Machining, Inc. in Otsego, Minnesota seeks Mechanical Quality Inspector II or III for second shift. Inspect medical and industrial products using mechanical gages, CMM, and vision, ensuring compliance with P&F and customer specs. Requires ISO 13485 experience; strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Shift: Mon-Thu 3:00 pm–3:00 am with shift differential and PTO+. Great work environment and benefits are offered by the family-founded company.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years in Quality Inspection in manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 13485 and AS9100 preferred.
• Strong GD&T, 3D metrology, and CMM reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform GD&T mechanical inspection of parts using various instruments.
• Conduct 100% inspection and interpret CMM reports for conformance.
• Support first piece, in-process, and final inspections per procedures.
• Mentor Level I inspectors and coordinate with machinists on inspection methods.
• Maintain accurate records and use ERP/MRP systems.
• Communicate defects and technical concerns clearly to production and suppliers.
• Ensure non-conforming material is segregated and identified.
