Apparent Technologies in Austin, TX is seeking a Quality Inspector II to perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspections in a Class 100 cleanroom. The role focuses on precision machined components, welded assemblies, and high-purity gas delivery systems, ensuring conformity to engineering drawings and customer requirements.

Responsibilities include independent inspections, GD&T interpretation, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspections of precision machined components, welded assemblies, and UHP gas delivery systems.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T requirements.
• Maintain accurate inspection documentation and support ISO 9001 quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Independently perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure conformance with drawings and customer specs.
• Use precision measurement equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, and optical comparators.
• Prepare Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) and support corrective actions.
