Completes and interprets Statistical Process Control Charts and histograms, both manually and using computer aided methods. Informs production personnel of non-conforming material, aids in the investigation of causes, material containment and corrective action, and follows up on the effectiveness of action taken. Prepares various logs, reports and documentation of QC processes, may assist with cross training others. Is trained in more than two areas of the plant and has 3+ years of experience as an inspector.

Qualifications
