Beretta USA Corp. is seeking a Quality Inspector I for an onsite role in Gallatin, TN. The position operates 7AM-3:30PM CST, Monday through Friday, and involves inspecting components to ensure they meet Beretta specifications with meticulous documentation.

Responsibilities include identifying non-conformances, performing daily inspections with gauges and CMMs, and supporting the MRB process. Training is provided; lifting up to 40 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

Familiar with tools and methods used in inspection.
Knowledge of gauges used in inspection processes.
Basic mathematics knowledge.
Ability to use measuring instruments to verify conformance.
Read and interpret inspection instructions and tables.
Accurately document inspection results and read dial indicators.
Interpret non-conformances correctly.
Transport baskets of parts up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Inspect manufactured components to certify conformance to Beretta specifications.
Identify non-conformances to prevent defective components from advancing.
Document inspections for MRB cage entry and traceability.
Audit daily inspections supporting operator self-inspection processes.
Use work instructions and gauges to plan inspections; coordinate with production and quality staff.
Communicate issues to production to ensure corrective actions are taken.
Report nonconforming products to appropriate personnel for disposition.
Move and log nonconforming parts daily, then submit for MRB cage entry.
