Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a Quality Technician I to join our Wisconsin-based manufacturing team. You will inspect and test products, operate measurement equipment, and document results to help ensure parts meet engineering specs and customer requirements.

This role emphasizes accuracy, reading blueprints, and timely reporting of deviations. You’ll support calibration, MRB activities, and work with the Quality team to maintain high standards across processes.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing/engineering experience.
• Familiarity with quality inspection tools and equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/engineering drawings for metal manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.

Aufgaben

• Inspect and test products to verify conformance to specifications.
• Operate measurement equipment and record test results.
• Read drawings and ensure parts meet engineering specs and customer requirements.
• Identify deviations and report them for containment and resolution.
• Support calibration activities and MRB processes as directed by Quality.
