Job summary

Southwest Microwave is seeking an Inspector in Tempe, AZ to evaluate parts and assemblies against standards. You will read blueprints, document results, and communicate findings to MPD Engineering and leadership.

The role requires basic computer skills, ability to use approved tooling, and accurate data entry into ERP systems. Prior inspection experience preferred, with a commitment to quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of inspection or related work experience preferred.
• Able to read and apply workmanship standards and other documents.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect pieces/assemblies according to procedures.
• Read blueprints and inspect tolerances.
• Record results and input data into ERP system.
• Communicate results with MPD Engineering and leadership.
• Operate approved inspection tooling and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
