Job summary

Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC is seeking a Quality Inspector I to perform detailed receiving, kitting, or shipping inspections of products for compliance with the technical data package. You will read drawings, use hand gauges, and verify dimensional conformance against MIL-STD-130 and related standards.

The role requires the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced government contracting environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year quality experience with standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
• Familiarity with Costpoint or other ERP/MRP systems used to receive parts.
• Understanding of aviation/DoD standards (preferred).
• Familiarity with IPC/AS standards (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Inspect Mil Standard hardware, hazmat, and assembly kits for conformance.
• Read and interpret drawings, specs, POs, SOWs to determine quality status.
• Use calibrated measuring instruments to confirm dimensional compliance.
• Perform AS9102 First Article Inspections as required.
• Document inspection results and non-conformances accurately.
• Communicate findings with engineering and program support to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the quality program.
