Qualifications

• Ability to accurately perform visual and mechanical inspection on externally threaded product per procedures to ensure compliance to requirements.
• Proficient use of micrometers, comparators, tri-rolls, ring gages, penetration gages.
• Experience completing AS9102 First Article reports is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret customer drawings and specifications, and understand quality system practices.
• Basic math skills including decimals, fractions and percentages.
• Record measurements and results accurately on documentation.
• Results oriented, self-motivated with a history of meeting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail with analytical thinking.
• Strong listening, speaking and writing interpersonal skills.
• Team player with urgency to meet schedules.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Sit 90% of shift.
• Willingness to work overtime including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to accurately perform visual and mechanical inspection (receiving/ in-process and final) on externally threaded product in accordance with procedures to ensure compliance to product requirements.
• Proficient in proper use of micrometers, comparators, tri-rolls, ring gages, penetration gages etc.
• Experience completing AS9102 First Article reports a plus.
• Ability to analyze & accurately interpret customer drawings and specifications, and quality system practices.
• Basic math skills such as add, subtract, multiply, divide, decimals, fractions & percentages to meet job requirements.
• Ability to accurately record measurements and results on corresponding documentation.
• Must be results oriented and motivated self-starter with a strong history of delivering results which meet or exceed standards.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to think and act analytically
• Strong interpersonal skills including listening, speaking and writing.
• Effective team member with sense of urgency and ability to meet schedule requirements.
• Excellent attendance record required.
