Qualifications

• At least two years in an industrial or plant-based manufacturing environment.
• Experience with HVAC-related and industrial equipment; familiarity with internal parts a plus.
• Knowledge of quality management systems including ISO 9001, PPAP, SPC and lean.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment and commitment to safety excellence.
• Inspect completed maintenance for quality and engineering compliance.
• Document non-conformances and calibrate tools and instruments.
• Prepare quality reports and communicate findings to leadership.
• Acquire, analyze, and report quality information as required.
• Support training processes for technicians.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Track performance of preventative maintenance processes.
