Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years' experience in inspection or machining environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Background in fabrication and welding is an advantage.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with dimensional measuring instruments.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Champion workplace safety and promote a culture of safety.
  • Execute inspections on materials and components per specs.
  • Use micrometers, calipers, scales for dimensional checks.
  • Prepare NCRs, NDT reports, and calibration logs.
  • Review engineering drawings and specifications for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain calibration integrity of inspection tools.
  • Suggest process improvements for quality and efficiency.
