Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year mechanical or inspection experience.
• Proficient in shop mathematics and computer literate.
• Must pass color vision test.
• Overtime may be required to meet schedule.
• Ability to work with others; accuracy and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and tests completed units using measuring instruments against engineering standards and build orders.
• Documents inspection results and reports to appropriate persons.
• Travels to customer and vendor sites as directed by QA or NMO management.
• Assists in developing and improving inspection standards for current and new models.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
