Responsibilities

• Support creation and revisions of documentation (SOP, Inspection instructions, data collection).
• Support the development of Quality and Operations-related inspections.
• Fill in for Quality operation resources as needed.
• Collaborate in troubleshooting and root cause investigations.
• Provide recommendations for process adjustments.
• Become proficient in use of production and inspection gages (training planned).
• Support material control activities including non-conforming material disposition.
• Assist in training plans for Quality inspectors and production resources.
• Inspect material according to specifications and requirements.
• Perform quality testing with training support.
• Identify defects and ensure proper resolution procedures.
• Report on quality issues and maintain inspection/compliance records.
• Possible participation in internal audits (SOPs, work instructions).
