Major Tool & Machine in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Quality Inspector to safely inspect products on time within expected operation times. The role reports to the Quality Inspection Team Leader and requires basic inspection skills and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities include performing inspections, documenting results, applying the Quality System, and maintaining an orderly work area while supporting team members and participating in meetings.

Qualifications

• Educational requirements may be fulfilled by high school diploma or equivalent (trade school, vocational training, or apprenticeship acceptable).
• Experience in inspection is desired but not required; must be competent with math, communication and computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute quality inspection operations and complete documentation.
• Apply Quality System requirements in daily tasks.
• Report non-conformances or anomalies to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and contribute to team meetings.
