Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Gatekeeper to support product quality through world‑class feedback to the production team. You will identify opportunities, audit homes in gateways, and document findings using available technology.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Word/Excel. You will collaborate with management, participate in production meetings, and help ensure timely follow-up on findings.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Sound judgement in all interactions at all levels within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of our homes in the designated gateways.
• Document findings during the audit using available technology.
• Communicate to management team via radio when audit is complete.
• Follow-up on completion of audit findings, document completion times.
• Attend production meetings and communicate overall status of program.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary:

to enter and exit homes.

• Must be able to consistently operate a computer and other office productivity

machinery such as telephone, calculator, copy machine, computer printer, etc.

• Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person.

Must be able to exchange accurate information with others.

• Works in an environment that includes exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Work primarily involves sitting / standing, may involve a moderate amount of bending / stretching.
