Job summary

SS Industries Holdings Inc. in Collegeville, PA is seeking a Quality Inspector to join a fast-paced manufacturing team.

The role focuses on in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet customer blueprints and control documents before shipment, with timely reporting of defects to management and documentation of non-conformances. The ideal candidate has 1+ year experience in quality, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1+ years' experience in quality, customer service, and/or continuous improvement.
• Excellent visual inspection skills and an eye for detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspection and final quality inspections to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
• Advise Production Management of any quality defects in a timely manner.
• Accurately record internal non-conformances.
• Conduct reworks and re-inspections for nonconforming product.
• Provide guidance to production team to ensure procedures meet quality standards.
• Other tasks as assigned.
