Job summary

Sear is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure products meet established quality standards through inspections, testing, and documentation.

You will perform in-process and final inspections, document results, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. Strong attention to detail and the ability to read technical drawings are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in quality inspection or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with quality control standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
