Process Insights, Inc. in Horsham, PA is seeking a QA Inspector to monitor and inspect incoming and outgoing parts, and track data supporting inspection results. This Operations role partners with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure component and finished product quality across the process.

Qualifications

• Technical certificate with experience in an inspection or related role.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Proficient in using laboratory/measurement equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Able to prioritize and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-directed and able to work independently.
• Effective communicator across all levels of the organization.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Proficient with various software; Excel proficiency expected.
• Familiarity with ISO quality systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform outgoing quality assurance of gas analyzers and related equipment.
• Perform incoming quality assurance of parts, assemblies, and other items.
• Maintain the calibrated equipment process, including record maintenance and calibrations.
• Sustain the Nonconforming Material Report process and related paperwork.
• Maintain documentation, both physical and electronic, for all transactions.
• Update the ERP system and related digital documentation.
• Support the Quality Management System goals and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues.
• Apply Epicor ERP practices as part of new processes.
