Job summary

Regal Rexnord Thompson Power Systems near Arlington, TX seeks a Quality Inspector to support ISO 9001 quality system, perform in-process and final inspections, and ensure compliance with engineering specs in electrical panel and switchgear manufacturing. You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to reduce defects and drive customer satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of manufacturing experience in electrical assembly, and proficiency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in manufacturing electrical panel/switchgear environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality system requirements and quality documentation practices.
• Able to read electrical schematics, BOMs, and drawings.
• Experience using inspection/test equipment (multimeters, calipers, torque meters) and identifying defects.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process, final, and receiving inspections.
• Create, review, and maintain inspection reports and quality checklists.
• Verify products meet engineering specs and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot quality issues and support corrective actions.
• Maintain quality records and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Operations to improve quality.
