Job summary

Sportech, LLC, located in Elk River, MN, seeks a Quality Inspector to perform audits, inspections, tests, and measurements to ensure conformance to product requirements. You will coach team members in the Sportech Management System and collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.

Ideal candidates have experience with inspection techniques, ISO 9001:2015, and data entry for trending. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential; the role offers a robust benefits

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inspection techniques and measurement tools.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
• Experience with thermoforming, CNC routing, drape forming, assembly and screen-printing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Performs visual and mechanical inspections per procedures and drawings.
• Conducts hourly in-process inspections to ensure product quality.
• Controls, monitors, and quarantines non-conformant product and materials.
• Inputs data into the computer system for data collection and trends.
• Supports continuous improvement, lean or Kaizen initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
