Job summary

Apex Geotech Solutions in Wilkes-Barre, PA is seeking a quality inspector to support operations across incoming, in-process, and finished parts. You will perform dimensional and visual inspections, read engineering drawings, and maintain quality records.

This role collaborates with the Quality Manager, assists with NCR documentation, and helps keep calibrated measuring equipment and ERP data up to date. Experience in manufacturing and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years inspection or quality control experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished parts.
• Record inspection results in quality records and ERP system.
• Identify and tag non-conforming material and initiate NCR documentation.
• Assist with first article inspections (FAI) and qualification testing.
• Support internal and customer quality audits.
• Maintain calibrated measuring equipment and calibration records.
• Assist Quality Manager with data entry, reporting, and filing.
