Job summary

The Inspector will perform dimensional and cosmetic inspections, document rejects in Excel/Navision, investigate root causes, and maintain housekeeping standards while complying with safety guidelines and company beliefs.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, and comprehends English.
• Ability to read and analyze technical procedures, control plans, and regulations.
• Proficient with computers and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Performs dimensional inspection using calipers, micrometers, rulers, or similar tools.
• Performs cosmetic inspection using customer diagrams.
• Meets cycle time requirements.
• Documents internal and external rejects using Excel/Navision.
• Investigates rejects to determine validity and root cause.
• Performs housekeeping duties.
