Job summary

BPM, Inc. is seeking a skilled Inspector to perform a wide range of inspection functions in accordance with approved procedures.

Responsibilities include receipt inspection, in-process inspections, first piece, final inspections, assembly inspections, and process surveillance. The role requires knowledge of GD&T and trig, experience with CMMs (PCDMIS, Zeiss Calypso) and SPC software, plus training of inspectors and calibration of gauges.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with technical or college credits.
Knowledge and application of Trigonometry.
Knowledge and application of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing.

Responsibilities

Be aware of and work with Belvac's current documented Quality Management System as it pertains to their job requirements.
Perform a wide range of inspection functions in accordance with approved procedures and/or instructions.
Receipt inspection to include staging parts and materials.
In Process Inspections.
First piece inspections.
Final inspections.
Final Inspection and Assembly Inspection.
Process Surveillance.
First Article inspections.
Training of inspectors.
Gage Calibration and related control systems.
Continuous Improvement/Problem Solving Activities.
Quality System work instructions (inspection process).
Excellent Customer Service and support.
