Paragon Products LLC is seeking a Quality Inspector/Administrator to support the Quality Assurance team under the Quality Manager. You will perform in-process and final inspections of mechanical and electrical assemblies, and maintain essential quality documentation.
Responsibilities include controlling documents, supporting the process alert system, assisting MRB and internal audits, and contributing to continuous improvement in quality systems.

Under the direction of the Quality Manager, the Quality Inspector/Administrator monitors, conducts and maintains essential Quality Department functions. Performs in-process inspections (torque witness, electrical crimp connectors, etc.). Performs final inspection of completed products and sub-assemblies. Maintains all quality related documentation by processing, filing, and/or creating documentation. Responsible for maintaining the document control and process alert systems as well as other tasks deemed vital to improving the satisfaction of Paragon Products' customers.
This position offers growth opportunities through active participation in continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality systems and process optimization. The role supports professional development in areas such as root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and Lean methodologies. Team members are encouraged to propose improvements, contribute to audit readiness, and expand their expertise in quality management systems.
Basic understanding of quality control principles and inspection techniques.
Familiarity with mechanical and/or electrical components preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
Basic knowledge of measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) is an asset.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and grow in a quality assurance environment.
Organizational skills to maintain documentation and records accurately.
High School or equivalent and 3 or more years quality inspection experience. Able to work safely in a shop environment.
Must have basic computer skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software (Excel and Word). ERP/MRP experience desired but not required.
Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms. Read and write in English.
Ability to move materials up to weights of 25 lbs. Good vision or corrected vision to perform visual inspection of small, fine detail components.
