Qualifications

• 2-3 years of direct quality experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• ERP/MRP systems experience required.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform process and product checks per inspection sheets.
• Conduct final audit checks per AQL guidelines for shipment.
• Answer quality questions from associates and drive clarity.
• Notify techs and operators when product fails to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with technicians to resolve issues and maintain quality.
• Lead product sorts and guide associates during sorting.
• Ensure product meets specifications before next stage.
• Maintain customer-focused mindset and drive quality through production.
• Escalate issues not detailed in documents and maintain attendance.
