Job summary

Remedy Intelligent Staffing has a client in Whitewater, WI, seeking a Full-Time Quality Inspector to join their production team. The role covers inspection of finished and in-process goods, first-piece checks, and data entry into QMS with reporting to monitor trends.

Qualifications include 2–4 years of experience and strong attention to detail to identify defects. Shift is 3rd: 10:55am–7:00am, Sun–Thu, with pay of $20.50/hr plus $1.50/hr shift premium and overtime at time-and-a-half beyond 40

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in quality inspection.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defect(s).

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished and in-process goods to verify compliance with work instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
• Perform first-piece inspections to ensure initial units produced meet quality control criteria.
• Conduct visual, mechanical, and functional tests on products using appropriate tools and gaging instruments.
• Accurately record inspection results and relevant statistical data.
• Input data into quality management systems and assist in generating reports to track production quality and performance trends.
