Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to travel up to 2% for off-site training or meetings.
• Experience inspecting quality of Russelectric products (e.g., wire terminations, solder joints).
• Punctual attendance and ability to work overtime or weekends when needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with precision measuring equipment to check parts vs engineering specs.
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional partners.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience generating, tracking, and interpreting quality metrics preferred.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001 or ISO45001 useful.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with quality leaders, engineers, and supervisors on final inspections before shipments.
• Inspect products per drawings, schematics, route cards, and test specs using calipers and cameras.
• Detail records in the SAP Quality Management system.
• Assist with Discrepancy and Non-Conformance reporting and metrics interpretation.
• Document and respond to shipping damage issues.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Continue learning Siemens’ production, safety, and inspection procedures.
