Westfall-Technik in Connecticut is seeking a qualified Quality Inspector for the 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:30pm). You will inspect materials, components, and finished products, perform First Article, In-Process, and Final inspections, and document results to ensure they meet specifications and customer requirements.

The role emphasizes operating CMM testing, data recording in SPC databases, and ensuring QMS and cGMP compliance.

Qualificações

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent time management, organization, and planning skills.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform First Article, In-Process, and Final Inspections.
• Monitor and Document Quality.
• Conduct CMM Testing.
• Perform Dimensional and Functional Testing.
• Report and Document Nonconformances.
• Ensure Compliance with QMS and cGMP.
• Assist in Audits.
• Perform Sorting and Rework.
• Assist in Training Inspector Packers.
• Ensure Safety Devices Are Intact.
• Follow Safety Procedures.
