Experience / Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. No prior inspection or manufacturing experience required; relevant experience or training is a plus. Requirements / Qualifications: Basic mechanical or machine operation aptitude; comfortable learning to work with tools, equipment, and/or machinery. Ability to learn and understand technical processes and follow detailed work instructions. Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn computer-based systems. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable attendance and a willingness to learn and develop new skills. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to meet production demands.
M-F, 3:30pm-12am (2nd shift) - Candidate would be expected to undergo training on first shift for about 8 weeks before moving to afternoons.
